Attorney Carmen J. Latona
Carmen J. Latona, Jr. analyzes every case handled by Latona Law, P.C. attorneys. Attorney Latona, grew up in Luzerne County and studied at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate. At the Temple University extension, he also studied international law in Rome, Italy. After completing law school, Attorney Latona began his legal career.
He has been practicing in Northeastern, Central, and Southeastern Pennsylvania for more than 30 years, focused on birth injury and medical malpractice cases for the last 15 years. Carmen has represented thousands of clients throughout Pennsylvania and has been successful in civil and criminal trials in both state and federal courts. Attorney Latona represents individuals in catastrophic injury cases such as birth injury, medical malpractice, and product liability cases resulting in death, spinal, brain injury, and other serious disabilities.
